After downloading the 'Tunnelblick .dmg' file, right click on it and open. The screen below will pop up. Drag the Tunnelblick
application to Applications as shown. That will install Tunnelblick on your Mac.
After installing Tunnelblick, launch it from the 'Applications' menu in Finder.
Clicking on the icon as shown will bring up the connection options. Pick one and click on it to connect.
To disconnect, reverse the procedure and click on the checked connection option.

To get a log to send to us for assistance, click on 'Details' as shown above.
A log similar to the one below will appear. Copy and paste the contents in an email back to us.
If you wish to have Tunnelblick automatically connect to the Personal VPN service upon launch, check the box above.
