You may cancel your subscription at any time. Unused portions of your subscription are non-refundable. If you wish to try out the service, we suggest signing up for a standard prepaid subscription. The public system works the same way as the private server system and you will get an exact feel for how SurfBouncer works.

Due to several instances of attempted fraud on Business VPN Servers, we require verification of your account. This may include the use of a non free (Gmail, Yahoo mail. Hotmail etc) email address, a verifiable telephone number in your name that we can call, sending a letter to the address on your credit card file, or providing a copy of a photo ID. Normally this can be completed within 24 hours. However, it could take longer if we have to verify your account by postal mail.
