Our email service uses servers that are offshore and secure from monitoring. All conventional email is scanned and read by ISP’s, network providers, government agencies and email providers. After scanning your email, the information is data-mined and you are profiled and cataloged. You can be then be targeted for advertising and oftentimes, more malicious endeavors.
You must access the servers over a VPN connection which we provide. Doing this makes it appear your Email was sent from whatever country the VPN connection is made to. It also significantly increases the security and increases your privacy.
The servers are encrypted and no backups are made of any data on these servers. When you delete an email, it’s gone — forever. And we cannot get it back for you or anyone else. We keep no logs of any activity related to your email and have no idea of who you emailed or what you wrote.
We provide two different email addresses, plus the VPN service. If you are one of our current VPN customers and wish to take advantage of the Email Service, please subscribe below. We will convert your account, cancel your former VPN subscription and refund any over payment.
The email accounts have a 250MB storage capacity. We encourage you to download and delete email as it arrives to help ensure that you always have a copy of your emails. Since no backups or other records are kept, we cannot be responsible for any emails saved on the servers that are lost due to accidental deletion or server malfunction.
The Email Service includes a webmail interface and POP3, IMAP and SMTP capability and is compatible with all email programs such as Outlook, Thunderbird, Mac Mail and similar.
Please allow up to 48 hours for setup of the email after placing your order.
Important: Using PayPal or Amazon Payments will create a recurring subscription that will automatically renew for the period selected, until canceled.
If you want a fixed-term subscription, without automatic renewal, simply cancel your subscription in PayPal or Amazon after placing your order. This will not affect your current payment but will prevent automatic re-billing.
BitCoin will not create a renewing subscription and must be renewed at the end of each term. To use BitCoin email us at info@surfbouncer.com and let us know what you want to purchase. We will send you a BitCoin payment address for the transaction.
NOTE: To protect your privacy and personal information to the maximum our VPN authentication servers are not tied to the SurfBouncer web site or order pages. This ensures that there is no connection between the order pages and the actual secure VPN servers. Other VPN companies that provide for instant setup of the purchase have been hacked and their users information including email addresses and identities stolen. With our system you may have to wait a few hours for your account to be set up. But you can be assured that your personal information, VPN credentials and connection are completely secure.
Orders are processed between 7:00 AM to 10 PM (7:00 and 22:00 hours) US Pacific time (GMT – 8). If you are ordering during the hours that our order processing department is closed, rest assured that your order will be processed first thing in the morning.
If you are using an automated spam protection system that requires verification be sure to add our domain (surfbouncer.com) to your white list. If you do not receive your user credentials within a few hours check your spam box in case it was erroneously put there. If it’s not there send us an email and we will resend it.
